Lytec Support

Lytec technical support is provided in a variety of ways depending on the situation. New users may require training, existing users often need questions answered and sometimes it is necessary to repair your data files or install your Lytec Software to a new computer.  We provide telephone support on an annual or per-incident basis.

Lytec Telephone Support

Telephone Support is provided to users of Lytec 2006 thru the current version. Versions prior to Lytec 2006 will not be supported. In those instances, if you are encountering problems with your earlier version, an upgrade to the most current version will be necessary along with the resolution of the problem.

We will provide Lytec telephone support to the following:

  • Customers with Annual Support Agreements
  • Customers who have purchased Lytec from Medpipes within the past 30 days
  • Customers who have submitted a Per-Incident Support Agreement
